The Maztang has been sold. I didn't think Geoff could really do it, but he did. He had entertained some offers, but had no intention of selling it to someone who was going to run it into the ground. He put too much TLC into the car to sell it to just anyone. So unknown to any potential buyer was Geoff's secret test that had to be passed before any consideration would be given. The lucky buyer just happens to be a fellow racer that we have come to know over the past few years. His plan is to drive it mainly as a street car and race it occasionally. He also has some cool paint plans for the Maztang, as that is what he does for a living. So it will be kind of cool to still see the car once in a while and watch it evolve. The Maztang really was a fun project, and proved to be a pretty fast and reliable car, but I suppose all good things come to an end eventually. I guess that ends this chapter, and it's time to start a new one.
